Member Development Trainings (MDT)
CATALYZING PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Each academic year, we proudly welcome Fall and Spring classes to UCG after a competitive application process, reflective of the strength and diversity of GW’s student body.
All new members are expected to commit to approximately two months of professional development through Member Development Trainings (MDT) led by our VP of Programming.
We place a particular emphasis on aligning the program with recruitment timelines–ensuring you are comfortable with case and behavioral questions to be application-ready.
Programming adapts to each cohort’s interests and needs, but always culminates in a capstone case interview—a final-round mock led by the Executive Board and advisors.
Throughout the program, new members engage with upperclassmen, can attend select GBM events, and collaborate with cohort peers to build lasting connections and friendships.
